This week's pay list
For Ross, owner · Thursday, Oct 29
Found7 open on the aging. 5 fit your cash, critical suppliers first. 1 is already paid.
Preisser Solutions · Operator OS
Two jobs already run this way in your office. Here is the rest of your week: the pay list, the invoices, the JIBs and the owner statements, each handed to the right person ready to press.
Today the aging comes out of Pak, a Need to Pay column gets typed by hand, and the picks get made on the phone. Operator OS hands you one list inside the cash you set, critical suppliers first, with a reason on every line.

Pak shows what's owed. It can't tell you what fits this week's cash.

Found7 open on the aging. 5 fit your cash, critical suppliers first. 1 is already paid.
What changes: You decide once a week, nothing gets paid twice, and every vendor who asked already has an answer.
Two jobs already run this way for you. Insurance certificates are read and chased with each agent, and the monthly disposal close is prepared with the Pak imports to match.

What changes: The two jobs you handed over now run on a schedule, and a person still presses every send.
Invoices arrive in six inboxes, and Pak only sees what someone forwards. Operator OS finds each one, sends it to Docs once, and suggests the well and lease from that vendor's past invoices for the coder to confirm.
Ty, sorry for the late one. Tallgrass sent this and I can't tell which well it belongs to. Can you let me know in the morning?
Thanks,
Dana

What changes: No invoice sits forgotten in a Gmail, and nobody emails the field at midnight asking which well.
Pak bills what was entered. Operator OS checks each JIB before cutoff: a fee entered twice, a charge on a shut-in well, overhead missing. Each flag shows its source line.

Pak bills what was entered. It doesn't check it first.
For Priya, controller · prepared by Lena, JIB clerk
Found3 lines to fix before the October JIB goes out.
What changes: One checked list instead of rounds of emailed versions, so fewer owners short-pay and the money comes in sooner.
Nobody sees a bounced statement until an owner asks where their bill is. Operator OS shows who received it and who never did, with the address on file and the resend ready.
Nobody sees a bounce until an owner asks where their bill is.
For Dana, A/P · checked against the mailbox
What changes: Owners can't pay a JIB they never got. Now you know who didn't, and the resend is ready.

Nothing goes out from it. Compare it with your current sheet on the A/P call, then decide.
