Haul tickets to a clean ledger.

Water haulers send stacks of run tickets and invoices. Operator OS reads each ticket, matches barrels to the lease and the disposal well, flags a ticket billed twice or a rate that changed, and builds the haul ledger.

  • Every ticket read and matched to a lease
  • Doubled tickets and rate changes flagged
  • Disposal statements build themselves

09 · Month-end closeIllustrative

The whole close, on one board.

Every close task has an owner, a due day and a hard stop. Operator OS shows what is late, what is at risk and why, for example a statement that can't build because a vendor has no rate this month, and who has to act.

  • Owner and due day on every task
  • Late and at-risk, with the reason
  • Hand-offs between people tracked

Ask anything. Get the answer and the email.

Ask a plain question, like why a vendor stopped service or what is still owed on a well, and get an answer with links to the exact emails, invoices and checks it came from. If the record doesn't say, neither does Operator OS.

  • Plain-English questions
  • Every answer cites its source
  • No guessing when the record is silent

Why did Copperline threaten to stop service, and are we paid up now?
Ross Kittredge · Wed, Nov 4, 9:41 AM
OOperator OS

How I got this

  • Searched ap@ and invoices@ mail for Copperline
  • invoices@ has had no reads or replies since Apr 14
  • Opened the 4 invoices and added them in code: $38,600.00
  • Looked up check 10412 in the check register

Copperline threatened to stop service over $38,600.00 past due on four rental invoices, CC-2988, CC-3017, CC-3049 and CC-3080. You are paid up now.

Why it happened. Copperline emailed those invoices to invoices@, a mailbox no one was watching, so none of them reached A/P.

What fixed it. Priya cut check 10412 for $38,600.00 on Oct 9, three days before the Oct 12 deadline.

Result. Service never stopped. I found no further notice from Copperline after Oct 9.

What's our total haul cost on Juniper 01 this year?
Ross Kittredge · Wed, Nov 4, 9:43 AM
OOperator OS

How I got this

  • Found 9 Tallgrass Water Hauling invoices coded to Juniper 01
  • Checked what the export covers: Mar 1 – Oct 31 only
$3,712.40Partial answer

That is Juniper 01 haul cost for March through October only. Nine Tallgrass invoices, added up in code.

Not in this total: Jan 1 – Feb 28. No checks export covers those months. Priya can load it and I'll redo the figure.

Every decision has a name on it.

The rules Operator OS never bends. They are what make it safe to hand it the mail.

01Release

A person presses send

  • Nothing leaves the office until a named person releases it
  • Sent from your own mailbox, in the thread
  • Bank and contact changes always need a call

The engine prepares, people decide

02Numbers

Code does the math

  • AI reads and drafts; it never decides a number
  • Every total checked against the source document
  • If it can't check it, it says so

No made-up figures

03Audit

Every step on the record

  • Who did what, when, and from which email
  • A tamper-evident chain you can export
  • An altered proposal refuses to run

Ready for the auditor

Sits above your system
